1. Charter Agreement & Booking

By booking a voyage through Circuitcompassfed, you confirm that you and your party agree to adhere to all maritime safety regulations, captain directives, and safety brief protocols delivered prior to departure.

2. Safety & Captain's Authority

The licensed Captain retains absolute authority over navigation, route planning, weather delays, and passenger safety. Circuitcompassfed reserves the right to adjust itineraries in the interest of weather safety or marine conditions.

3. Group Payment Splitting

When using our group flex-split billing tool, charter reservations are only fully locked once all designated party members have submitted their individual portion prior to the 14-day lock deadline.

4. Cancellations & Weather Refunds

Voyages canceled due to severe weather alerts (Force 7 or higher) will be granted a 100% credit transfer to any future date within 12 calendar months.
